Job Title:
TOOLPUSHER
Reporting to the Rig Superintendent, the Toolpusher is responsible for the ongoing drilling operations. Ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations.
Main Responsibilities:
To manage the overall drilling operations
Support the Rig Superintendent in their function and ensure a strong working relationships with OR colleagues and Operator representatives
Ensure the effective management of the Drill team, Tourpusher and Drillers
Supervise and ensure all planned maintenance and repairs of rig equipment are carried out within a timely manner and of a high standard
Maintain a safe working environment for offshore colleagues and visitors, ensuring the ongoing development and on-the-job training for all new and reporting staff
Ensure the efficient and productive use of company resources, equipment and personnel
Required Experience:
Applicants must have at least 5 years experience working in a similar function and level of responsibility. You will be trained in drilling operations and hold previous offshore experience.
