Job Title:
LOGISTICS OFFICER


Job Purpose

Deals mostly with importation and getting the best methods of freight from outside Azerbaijan inwards.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualification in supply chain management or working towards it.

Minimum work Experience

  • 2-3 years, experience in a previous position.

  • Freight Logistics' supply-chain-management process includes monitoring supplier's fulfillment cycle, tracking product as it is released from supplier's distribution centers, applying control standards to received goods.

  • Liaising with immigration officers/shipping agents/ Business Units

Job Specific skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Relevant knowledge of logistics and marine industry

  • Knowledge of immigration laws for receiving and transport of supplies/goods

Generic skills
  • Computer literate.

  • Good Communication skills in English is a must.

  • Experience in MS Office
